We are a small team that takes sport seriously. If you coach well, curate a square properly or run an event without dropping the details, we would like to hear from you.

Roles we recruit for

• Cricket coaches — junior, youth and senior batches across our centres
• Strength & conditioning coaches — youth athlete development
• Ground curators & groundstaff — turf square and outfield maintenance
• Match officials — umpires and scorers, freelance and retained
• Event operations — tournament coordination and match-day management
• Sports infrastructure project supervisors
• Internships — sports management, operations and marketing

What we look for

Technical competence, obviously. But the thing that separates the people who last here is care for the athlete — coaches who analyse each individual and train them accordingly, curators who check moisture before they roll, and operations people who own the clock. If you are working with children you will also need to meet our safeguarding expectations.
