2. What personal data we collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Enquiry and contact forms: name, email address, phone number, subject and the content of your message.
- Coaching enrolment: player name, date of birth or age, age group, parent or guardian name, contact details, preferred centre and batch, relevant medical or fitness information you choose to share, and emergency contact details.
- Ground booking: booking contact name, organisation, phone, email, requested date, slot, format and expected participant numbers.
- Event and tournament registration: team name, organisation, captain and player details, contact information, and category or age group.
- Newsletter subscription: email address and, optionally, your name.
- Careers: name, contact details, and the professional information you send us.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages visited and timestamps. This is used for security, abuse prevention and understanding which pages are useful.
2.3 Security verification
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which performs a privacy-preserving check that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. Cloudflare processes limited technical signals for this purpose. Turnstile does not use tracking cookies for advertising.
3. Children's data
We coach children, so we handle children's personal data with particular care. Enrolment information relating to a minor must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who provides consent on the child's behalf. We collect only what is necessary to run coaching safely — identity, age group, emergency contact and any medical information voluntarily disclosed — and we do not use children's data for marketing or profiling. Parents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's data at any time by writing to info@kreedanganasports.in.
4. Photography and video at our facilities
We photograph and film coaching sessions, matches and events for coaching review, safety, and promotional use on our website and social channels. If you or your child appear in such material and you would prefer it not to be used publicly, tell us in writing at info@kreedanganasports.in and we will remove it from our own channels and exclude you from future use. For school and corporate events, media permissions are agreed with the institution or organiser.
5. Why we use your data (purpose and lawful basis)
- To respond to your enquiry — because you asked us to.
- To deliver a service you have signed up for — coaching, ground hire, event participation — as necessary to perform that arrangement.
- To keep participants safe — emergency contacts and disclosed medical information, used only when needed.
- To send you updates you subscribed to — with your consent, withdrawable at any time.
- To protect our site and prevent abuse — our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers.
6. Who we share data with
Only where necessary, and only with:
- Our hosting provider, which stores this website and its database.
- Cloudflare, for the Turnstile bot-protection check on our forms.
- Our email delivery provider, to send you a confirmation or to route your enquiry to our team.
- Event partners, venues or institutions, where you have registered for an event they co-host, and only the details required to run it.
- Professional advisers, auditors or authorities, where required by law.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from last contact. Active coaching and booking records are retained for the duration of the relationship and for as long afterwards as tax, accounting and safeguarding obligations require. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs are retained for a short operational period. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable law, you may:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request erasure of data we no longer need.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time.
- Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf.
- Raise a grievance about how we handle your data.

9. Security
This website is served over HTTPS. Administrative access is password-protected with hashed credentials and rate-limited login attempts. Form submissions are protected against automated abuse and cross-site request forgery. Access to enquiry data is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these measures seriously and review them.
10. Cookies
