2. Use of this website
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its server or its database; introduce malicious code; scrape or harvest content or contact details for bulk purposes; or submit false information through our forms.
3. Enquiries and quotations
Information on this site, including service descriptions and indicative pricing, is for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. A quotation becomes binding only when issued by us in writing for your specific requirement and accepted by you.
4. Coaching enrolment
- Enrolment is confirmed only on receipt of a completed enrolment form and applicable fees.
- Players are placed into batches following an ability assessment. We may move a player between batches where it serves their development.
- Parents or guardians must disclose any medical condition, allergy or injury relevant to safe participation, and keep emergency contact details current.
- Sessions cancelled by us for weather or operational reasons will be rescheduled or credited where reasonably practicable. Sessions missed by the player are not ordinarily refundable.
- We may decline or discontinue enrolment where conduct by a player, parent or guardian endangers others or disrupts coaching.
5. Ground bookings
- A booking is confirmed on written confirmation from us and receipt of any advance payable.
- Slot timings include arrival, warm-up and vacating the ground unless expressly agreed otherwise. Overruns may attract additional charges.
- Users must follow ground rules, safety instructions and the directions of our staff at all times.
- Users are responsible for damage to the pitch, outfield, nets, pavilion, equipment or other facilities caused by their party.
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate use of the ground where play is unsafe, where the surface would be damaged, or where conduct is unacceptable.
6. Events and tournaments
- Entry is confirmed on receipt of a completed registration and applicable fees, and subject to available places.
- Playing conditions, formats, fixtures and schedules are published before the event and may be adjusted for weather, ground condition or entry numbers.
- Decisions of appointed match officials on the field of play are final.
- Age-category events require age verification. Fielding an ineligible player may result in disqualification.
- Participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own fitness to play and for appropriate protective equipment.
7. Weather, force majeure and rescheduling
Cricket in Bengaluru is weather-dependent. Where rain, ground condition or circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including natural events, civic restrictions, power failure or governmental direction — prevent a session, booking or event from proceeding, we will reschedule where practicable in line with our Refund and Cancellation Policy. We are not liable for consequential costs such as travel or accommodation.
8. Payments
Fees are payable in Indian Rupees by the method and schedule stated on your invoice or confirmation. Applicable taxes are charged as per prevailing law. Access to a service may be withheld where fees remain unpaid.
9. Conduct and safety
We expect respectful conduct from players, parents, spectators and participants. Abuse of staff, officials or other participants, damage to property, and unsafe behaviour are grounds for removal from the premises without refund. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian outside coaching sessions.
10. Photography and media
We may photograph and film at our facilities and events for coaching, safety and promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how to opt out of public use.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, graphics, logos and layout — is owned by or licensed to Kreedangana Sports Management LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit it without our written permission.
12. Limitation of liability
Sport carries inherent risk of injury. While we maintain our facilities to a high standard, provide qualified supervision and take safety seriously, participation is voluntary and at the participant's own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from any service is limited to the fees paid for that service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our facilities, or damage caused by you or your party.
