Competitive T20 cricket for women's teams in Bengaluru
Women's cricket in Karnataka has no shortage of players and a persistent shortage of properly run competitions on good surfaces. The Kreedangana Women's T20 Cup is our contribution to fixing the second half of that.
Format
Twelve teams in two groups of six, full 20-over matches on turf wickets, played across two weekends. Top two from each group progress to semi-finals, followed by a final.
Facilities
Dedicated women's changing rooms and restrooms, secure kit storage, shaded dugouts, first aid and physiotherapy support on site, and spectator seating for family and supporters.
Included
Qualified neutral umpires and scorers, match balls and equipment, live scoring and published results, match photography, refreshments, and trophies with individual awards for Player of the Tournament, Best Batter, Best Bowler and Best Fielder.
Who can enter
Club, corporate, college and academy women's teams. Players aged 15 and above. Mixed-ability teams are welcome — this is a competition, not a trial.
